Stanwood

Stanwood sits at the north end of Snohomish County, a short drive from our Burlington shop, and the properties here run from tidy quarter-acre lots to acreage on a well and septic system. Both need the same thing from a landscaper: ground that drains and a plan that works with the site instead of against it.

On the bigger lots we build fencing that holds a property line — cedar, chain-link, or wire for pastures — and pour concrete driveways and pads on compacted gravel that won't settle. Where the ground slopes, we build retaining walls with drainage behind them so the yard above stays usable.

Closer to town, our crew lays patios, sod, and irrigation, and keeps lawns mowed and edged through the growing season. Stanwood projects come with a written estimate before we start and a clean site when we finish.
