Snohomish

Snohomish mixes historic homes on established lots with newer places on acreage just outside town. Older yards usually need the same work first: drainage that has slowly pushed water toward the house, then ground rebuilt so a patio or lawn sits level and dry.

We build block and natural stone retaining walls with gravel and drain pipe behind them, regrade sloped side yards, and lay paver patios pitched away from the foundation. Fencing is a big part of our work here — cedar for privacy, lighter post and wire for garden beds and small farms.

Once the hardscape is in, our maintenance crew keeps the yard tidy: mowing, edging, bed cleanups, and irrigation start-up and winterization so lawns get through the dry stretch from July into September.
