Concrete

Concrete sits up the Skagit Valley where the river narrows and the mountains close in, and the properties here are bigger and rougher than valley-floor lots. Access and haul-away matter more, so we plan the material drop and the dirt work before anything else happens.

We clear and grade land, build retaining walls and rockeries that hold a slope, and lay patios positioned for the view. Fencing runs long here — post and wire for pastures, cedar where a yard needs privacy — and driveways get gravel or concrete on a base that carries the weight.

Winter storms and high water leave a lot behind, so cleanups and drain clearing are regular work for us up the valley. Concrete projects come with a free written estimate, and we don't leave until the site is clean.
